Online order with in store pick up. Food was made perfectly and pick up was super fast. They heaven have 2 parking spots for pick up orders to help make it more convenient. Food is always delicious and they have never failed to get my customizations right. Love this place!
Newks has by far the best Italian sandwich. We have tried the Italian sandwich from Subway, Firehouse, and Jersey Mikes. There is really no comparison. Newks packs the most flavor and if you go double meat, it is even better!
Wasn't sure what to expect, but stopped by for lunch today. I would call it an upscale deli, I suppose. My wife and I actually ordered exactly the same thing, which is unusual for us, but as they say, great Minds, I suppose. The shrimp PoBoy was pretty good although the star of the show was the bread rather than the crustation, which is a little unusual. The Lobster bisque was tasty and served well as a dip for the sandwich.
We have always loved Newks. I think it was one of our top 5 most missed places to eat when we moved away for 2 years. We just love the food quality, taste, prices, and easy going atmosphere it has. It's our go to after church lunch spot!
Great customer service experience. Ordered the fruit bowl, my own ignorance with not asking what fruit was in it thinking it might have been a bunch of berries, got it and couldn’t have it because I can’t eat melons. They were very willing and quick to switch out my side for another and take care of it for me!
Had an excellent pesto Caesar salad. Food was fresh and service was great. Dining room is cozy and clean. First time seeing this chain so wasn't sure what to expect but would definitely come back!
I picked up a to go order co sistingof 5 meals. When I got to the office we realized that no eatery or napkins were in the bag. Luckily we were able to find plastic ware between our cars and the office lounge. Donate their soup with forks, because that’s all the we had. The food order was ready on time and the order was correct.
Very clean and friendly group of people. Katelyn was so wonderful and patient and helpful being it was my first time eating there. She made the restaurant a comfortable enjoyable experience. The food was fresh with some very unique options. I loved my wrap and salad with all the fresh ingredients. Will definitely be back.
This place is basically a hidden gem in Azalea Square. I’ve never noticed it for years, and never even heard of it, but stumbled across it today on maps, and I will definitely be back. Way better than McAlister’s and Panera etc. The food is so much better than the reheated stuff at Panera, and bland options at McAlister’s. The new pick 3 option is the perfect amount of food, and allows you to try different things. Love that I’m able to order on the kiosk or at my table from my phone so I don’t have to deal with lines or rushing to decide what I want, and I can also customize my sandwich to get exactly what I want. Also I loved the cups they give out, and the “gourmet roundtable” has nice little snacks like thin breadsticks from Italy and crackers among other things. The seating area is huge and there was more than enough seating even on a busy Sunday afternoon rush. Plenty of windows with cozy lighting and comfy seating options. Also even when the kiosk didn’t print out my receipt they were able to print it out for me at the counter which was nice. Food came quick and was presented well. They even crisp the top of the mac and cheese and put it in a metal dish, rather than just giving it to you scooped out of a big pot into a paper bowl. And the bread on the sandwich was amazing and the cold cuts were fresh. It was overall a refreshingly great experience, I highly recommend giving it a try as it’s my new favorite spot in Summerville. You can tell they care about their product, I’ll have to be back soon.
First time in, while out shopping with my daughter and it was great! Wasn’t sure what to expect and we really enjoyed our food and the atmosphere! The cashier was very friendly and helped me through ordering. The turkey avocado could use a *bit* more flavor but bread was fresh and very tasty, the chicken tortilla soup was delicious and hot, Caesar salad was delish and my daughter got that with salmon, loved it!
